and certified career counsellor who brings over two decades of distinguished
military leadership and strategic management expertise to career mentorship. As
a former Indian Army Officer, PGDM in Finance & an Executive Alumni of IIM Calcutta and IIM
Kozhikode, his background uniquely blends military-grade decision-making,
disciplined execution, and modern management insights.
Lt Col Mayur Patel acts as a
